Noise Submission opportunity
The government has proposed some Draft Amendments to the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Miscellaneous Noise) Regulations 2004.
Submissions are invited. The closing date is 8th May, 2009
All interested persons should offer their comments, otherwise the government will take the view that all is well with the current regulations and their new proposals.
